Meet Ricardo Langwieder
What differentiates him isn't a consulting framework. It's decades of operating experience.
For more than 25 years, Ricardo has done what many advisors only recommend: a decade on the buyer's side, sourcing services and setting the requirements suppliers are held to, then 15 years as a CEO and CSO building, scaling and transforming Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations around the world, from strategy through execution.
Throughout his career, he has held CEO and senior executive leadership roles across Europe, LATAM, the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, with full P&L responsibility for high-growth businesses. He has created more than 18,000 jobs, commissioned large-scale delivery operations, led complex transformation and digital programs, and supported commercial growth initiatives that have influenced over $1B in revenue across 20+ countries.
Before relocating to the Middle East in 2013, he led global CX, CRM, and outsourcing transformation programs for blue-chip organizations. Since then, he has focused on building and scaling BPO platforms across the Africa region, launching offshore delivery hubs, expanding international operations, and helping organizations compete successfully on the global stage.
Having lived and worked across multiple continents, he has developed a deep understanding of how to build businesses across cultures, navigate complex markets, and connect global demand with emerging delivery destinations. He believes growth happens where others often see complexity.
Today, his focus is helping organizations unlock the next phase of growth by leveraging his operator experience and global industry network.
