Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

Langwieder Global Solutions ("LGS", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through langwieder-global.com (the "Site"), how we use and safeguard it, the legal bases on which we rely, and the rights you can exercise. It is written to reflect our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

1. Who we are

Langwieder Global Solutions is a operational integrity advisory headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with commercial offices in Vienna, Bogota, and Cairo. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, LGS acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this Site.

If you have any question about this Policy or how we handle your personal data, you can reach us at solutions@langwieder-global.com.

2. The personal data we collect

Information you provide to us. When you complete a contact or enquiry form on the Site, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. You decide what to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics technology to collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, approximate (anonymized) location, device and browser type, and how you navigate the Site. This data is collected only after you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner.

Information stored on your device. We store a small set of preferences in your browser's local storage, including your selected language and your cookie-consent choice, so the Site behaves consistently across visits. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data through the Site.

3. How we use your personal data

We use the personal data described above to respond to your enquiries and correspond with you; to provide, operate, and improve the Site; to understand, in aggregate, how visitors engage with our content; to maintain the security and integrity of the Site; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases. Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies and any optional processing; you may withdraw consent at any time. Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) when you contact us about our services. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating, securing, and improving the Site and in responding to enquiries, balanced against your rights and freedoms. Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) where processing is required by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

On first visit, the Site loads no analytics or marketing cookies. A consent banner lets you accept or decline analytics. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled; if you decline, no analytics tag is loaded and no related network request is made.

Strictly necessary preferences, such as your language selection and your consent decision, are stored in your browser's local storage to make the Site function correctly. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings, and you can change your analytics choice by clearing site data and revisiting the Site.

6. Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted processors to operate the Site. Google Analytics (provided by Google) supplies the analytics described above and processes data only after you consent; you can review Google's practices in its own privacy policy. Web3Forms processes the submission of our contact and enquiry forms and transmits your message to us by email.

These providers act on our behalf as processors and are permitted to process your data only for the purposes we specify.

7. International data transfers

Because LGS operates across multiple jurisdictions and uses service providers that may store or process data outside the European Economic Area, your personal data may be transferred internationally. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through the use of standard contractual clauses or reliance on an adequacy decision, as appropriate.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Enquiry and correspondence data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained in accordance with the configured retention settings of our analytics provider.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; to request correction of inaccurate data; to request erasure; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at solutions@langwieder-global.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are in the EU or EEA and believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

10. Data security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a professional, business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can remove it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Policy was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
