Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we are asked before every mandate, answered in full. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

Most mandates run on a clear schedule. Diagnosis takes the first two weeks, design takes weeks three and four, execution runs across months two to six, and we sustain the operation from there. We confirm the exact timeline once we understand your scope.

Less than most expect. Our operators carry the build in the field, and we ask for a single empowered point of contact plus access to the people who own quality and compliance. You stay in control while we do the heavy lifting.

Most failed entries were advised, not operated. We embed senior operators who own the result on the ground, share real risk, and stay until the operation performs to specification, so you are never left to absorb execution risk alone.

A consulting firm hands you a recommendation and leaves. We are operators. The people who design the plan are the people who run it in the field, and we are measured on whether the operation performs, not on whether the deck was well received.

Pricing follows scope, seat count, location, and how much of the build and run you want us to own. We walk you through every variable and agree the structure with you in writing before any work begins.

We share it. Part of our commercial structure is tied to the outcomes we agree with you at the start, so if the operation does not hit the specification we agreed, we carry that with you. We put the terms in writing before we begin.

No. We stay until the operation performs to specification and your own leadership can run it without us. Handover is a planned phase with named successors, documented processes, and a defined exit date, not an abrupt end of contract.

We focus on Africa, with operators who have built and run sites across the GCC, the Levant, and North Africa. If your footprint reaches beyond the region, we tell you plainly where we can and cannot operate.

Yes. We work with enterprises building or sourcing service operations, with Africa-based providers expanding globally, and with investors and governments assessing or building capacity. The common thread is a service operation that has to work in a market you do not yet control.

They are part of the build, not an afterthought. We work through entity setup, licensing, local employment rules, and data residency and protection requirements market by market, with local counsel where the jurisdiction demands it, and we flag anything that would make a market unworkable before you commit.

In most cases, yes. Africa has deep multilingual talent pools, and we know which cities can genuinely supply which languages, at what volume, and at what attrition. If the profile you need does not exist at the scale you want, we say so early rather than promising a hire we cannot deliver.

With a conversation, not a proposal. We spend an hour understanding what you are trying to build and where it has stalled. If we think we can move it, we scope a diagnosis. If we do not think we are the right partner, we tell you.
